- Update to version 59
  * INIReader: change variable visibility from private to protected
  * Add preprocessor exclusions when INI_ALLOW_MULTILINE=0
  * Add INIReader Sections and Keys methods
  * If a line is longer than INI_MAX_LINE, consume input up to next
    newline
  * Performance improvements
- Add service file to download source.
