- Update to 1.4.4
  * The odd allowDroppedNullPlaceholders feature of Readers 
    (corresponding to dropNullPlaceholders in Writers) can be 
    helpful when parsing javascript as JSON, when null elements 
    have been discarded.
- Build doc package as noarch
