using upstream qemu is evil.
One can patch the included copy of qemu to death and nothing changes.
Fun starts once you realize the symlink /usr/lib/xen/bin/qemu-system-i386 -> /usr/bin/qemu-system-i386
Note that this is a patch queue so we don't do pull requests (also SLE development is not happening on GitHub, but you're free to submit for both). I can cherry-pick the patches from your branch though.
Do whatever is needed for this patch to show up in the next snapshot.
