Viresh Kumar 91208dd297 virtio: i2c: Check notifier helpers for VIRTIO_CONFIG_IRQ_IDX ...

Since the driver doesn't support interrupts, we must return early when
index is set to VIRTIO_CONFIG_IRQ_IDX.
