Gerd Hoffmann d8bcbabf26 defaults: update device_list[] ...

Add isa-fdc (disables default_floppy).
Add ide-drive (disables default_cdrom).

Also walk the -global QemuOpts, so we'll catch
-global isa-fdc.drive{A,B}=<name> too.
