Blue Swirl 2446333cd5 Rearrange block headers ...

Changing block.h or blockdev.h resulted in recompiling most objects.

Move DriveInfo typedef and BlockInterfaceType enum definitions
to qemu-common.h and rearrange blockdev.h use to decrease churn.
