Gonglei fd8cec932c XBZRLE: Fix qemu crash when resize the xbzrle cache ...

Resizing the xbzrle cache during migration causes qemu-crash,
because the main-thread and migration-thread modify the xbzrle
cache size concurrently without lock-protection.
