Michael Marineau a548bacfba Fix usage of USB_DEV_FLAG_IS_HOST flag. ...

USB_DEV_FLAG_IS_HOST is the bit number, not value. Booting with a
"Fitbit Base Station" USB dongle was triggering this assert.
