Paolo Bonzini 2482aeea41 edu: add smp_mb__after_rmw() ...

Ensure ordering between clearing the COMPUTING flag and checking
IRQFACT, and between setting the IRQFACT flag and checking
COMPUTING.  This ensures that no wakeups are lost.
