Delete Branch "ggardet_arm/ffmpeg-7:master"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
as %release can be out of sync on OBS.
I think it was done like this so that Packman builds (%release = 1699.13.pm.6) do not get mixed with openSUSE builds (%release =11.1). If that were to be allowed, there would be risk of mixing an all-codecs variant with an only-half-the-codecs variant. Since build.opensuse.org and PMBS can publish rpms at independent times, a user's system could ping-pong between "functional" and "not so functional".
