Add tests for formatting and parsing month names
Add tests for g_date_strftime() and g_dat_set_parse() formatting and parsing month names in both nominative and genitive case in several locales, both needing these two grammatical cases and not needing them. https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=749206
