tls: expose SAN details on GTlsCertificate
This changeset exposes * `dns-names` * `ip-addresses` on GTlsCertificate provided by the underlying TLS Backend. See https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/glib-networking/-/merge_requests/165 for the corresponding glib-networking changes.
