Add a new GParamSpecOverride type that is a pointer to a different

Make g_param_spec_pool_list() hand redirections, properties on interfaces. * gobject.[ch] gobjectnotifyqueue.c: Add g_object_interface_install_property, g_object_interface_find_property, g_object_interface_list_properties().
