Sébastien Wilmet	f6c44ec3e4	tests/: LGPLv2+ -> LGPLv2.1+ ... gen-casefold-txt.pl and gen-casemap-txt.pl are licensed under GPLv2+, so they are not touched by this commit. Ryan Lortie	6f343ca548	Remove g_mutex_new()/g_cond_new() in testcases ... These were the last users of the dynamic allocation API.
