* docs/macros.txt: reflected --enable-gc-friendly change and
described ENABLE_GC_FRIENDLY_DEFAULT as well as G_DEBUG=gc-friendly.
* configure.in: changed --enable-gc-friendly=yes to define
ENABLE_GC_FRIENDLY_DEFAULT.
