Otherwise we'll never test the EXTERNAL-only mode, because that relies
on testing the private macros
G_CREDENTIALS_UNIX_CREDENTIALS_MESSAGE_SUPPORTED and
G_CREDENTIALS_SOCKET_GET_CREDENTIALS_SUPPORTED.
