* tests/scanner/Makefile.am: Pass the right
	--includedir args.  Add a Makefile dep.
	* tools/compiler.c: Pass includedirs down.
	* girepository/girparser.c: Actually put
	includedirs in context, pass down.  Fix
	locate_gir.
