Update tree-sitter macros for ESM grammar import

Maybe we should put a .editorconfig file to avoid white space.

Update tree-sitter macros for ESM grammar import

Except this table-as-list not table-as-dictionary. There are no indexes (yes, there are numbers, but that's making things more complicated than they need to be).
