- do not skip post-build-checks

- Update to version 20260423.1a6a0f3:
  * Refresh update instructions for Leap and Leap Micro
  * Update README with openSUSE repo management instructions

- Fix url for Leap 16 tmp migration repo
  which newly contains sle_version
  * This supports migration from LeapMicro to MicroOS
  * oss repo will now always include slem 6.X updates
