- Update to latest 1.3.1 from github develop branch b66bd75
  - Fix issue when configuration file is not found
  - Fix issue when configuration file is not writable
  - Fix: #180 - It impossible to click on links in Weathermap due to cursor tracking
  - typos and replace | with ||*---*|| (#174)
  - Fix: #176 - Networklink under cursor can not be clicked
  - Fix: #178 - Support KEYSTYLE DEFFAULT in Editor
