Factory PullRequest Master Binary snapshot

This setup creates a master snapshot in

openSUSE:Factory:PullRequest:0-Base-Master

project. It is copying all required binaries for a base bootstrap build for any pull request staging submission.

Updating this snapshot is relative slow, since it is needs to copy all binaries from openSUSE:Factory master backend to the staging backend.
