- Run autoreconf in build section: the tarball was bootstrapped
  with automake 1.16, which resultes in symlinks that no longer
  work with automake 1.17. The autoconf script in turn is too
  agressive in trying to download things from the internet. (forwarded request 1200107 from dimstar)
