- Enable support for mounting S3 buckets
  * Install s3files-utils.conf into %{_sysconfdir}/amazon/efs
  * Install mount_s3files/__init__.py as %{_sbindir}/mount.s3files
  * Install mount.s3files.8 into %{_mandir}/man8
- Remove shebang from non-executable Python files (forwarded request 1355395 from glaubitz)
