Drop the orphaned, obsolete 0001-Compile-for-RISC-V.patch (it was shipped but unreferenced -- the factory-auto orphaned-source check that declined the previous request -- and is redundant anyway: the pinned FIPS snapshot already has the RISC-V detection in include/openssl/base.h). Spec cleanup (drop Group tags, use path macros). No version change (boringssl stays pinned to fips-20210429 for Go boringcrypto).
