- Fix vendoring in _service && revendor 
- Fix packaging bugs (make rpmlint more happy and switch to wheel
  workflow)
- Add Debian patches:
  - 03_spurious_test_failure.patch
  - 08_disable_sphinx_epytext.patch
  - 16_generate_ids.patch
- Add bash completion
