- Use BuildRequire perl(Time:HiRes) instead of 
  BuildRequire perl-Time-HiRes 
  to fix build error under Tumbleweed.
- Update to 0.33.2

- New version require python >= 3.7, 
  therefore "%define pythons python311" is needed for Leap.
- Update to 0.32.1

- Do not build documentation/man pages on ix86, as pandoc is not
  available.
