Update cvise (2.12.0+git.20260624.82a22c61) and fix aarch64 FTBFS: -Werror=sign-compare in bundled tree-sitter-cpp scanner.c (wchar_t is unsigned on aarch64; cast the raw-string delimiter to int32_t for the lookahead comparison). Upstream: tree-sitter/tree-sitter-cpp#338.
