Frank Sundermeyer 1da73fae61 - Changing target validate again: when being called explicitly, it ...

now always checks profiled sources _with remarks_ ($REMARKS is
  set to 1). Options -r and -c have been removed again. 
- Bugfix: Using $@ instead of $SCMD_ARGS in getopts calls in
  lib/daps_functions
