Minor bump - upstream have a new stable version out, but doing the minor bump for now.
- Update to version 40.7:
+ Fixes a bug that prevented restoring from Google Drive accounts
if you haven't backed up yet.
+ Drop "Version" key from desktop files, which broke some
parsers. (forwarded request 832592 from iznogood)
