d0b2e2dd8a Accepting request 1166098 from Education 
- Add empty %check section.
- Set CMAKE_INSTALL_DOCDIR to work around incompatible changes
  added to macros.cmake.
- Use %autosetup macro. Allows to eliminate the usage of deprecated
  PatchN.
