- Update to version 2.82
  * now using fstat64-syscall on Linux32 
  * avoid using "brk"-syscall due a conflict with Address Space
    Layout Randomization (ASLR) in Linux: neeed if
    /proc/sys/kernel/randomize_va_space is >= 2
- Small packaging cleanup:
  * Use url for source
  * Use correct rpm group
  * Enable building on all architectures

- Enable s390x in list of architectures
