a5b5430e0e - Update to version 2.13.1 
* fixed multiple rate limiting bugs.
  * added new heuristics for identifying directory listing.
  * Added web fonts to ignored extensions list.

- Update to version 2.13.0
  * add --scope option.
  * add STATE_FILENAME environment variable to control feroxbuster
    state file name/location.
