- Update to version 3.3.0:
  * Bump CMake requirement to 3.16.
  * Bump Python requirement to 3.8 and modernize code to
    Python 3 only.
  * Add AppStream metadata.
  * Add Georgian translation.
  * Modernize Python code: drop Python 2 compatibility, use
    f-strings, super(), and refactored GObject Introspection
    imports.
  * Improve D-Bus communication, signal handling, and error
    reporting.
  * General code cleanup and minor bug fixes. (forwarded request 1342313 from dirkmueller)
