- Update to version 1.2.3:
  + This release contains the following new component versions:
    - glycin-image-rs 1.2.3
  + Fixed: image-rs: Force at least zune-jpeg 0.4.19 to fix a JPEG
    loading issues for images with extra data at the end. (forwarded request 1297116 from iznogood)
