dimstar_suse fab146e5e2 Accepting request 1366233 from graphics ...

- Workaround upstream libgphoto2 XDG settings directory creation
  bug by running mkdir -p ~/.config in %prep
  (gh#gphoto/libgphoto2#1276).

That allows gphoto to at least build for now (forwarded request 1366223 from dimstar)
