  * v.overlay will no longer replace the SQL TEXT type with VARCHAR(250)

  * r.in.gdal and r.external now have basic support for GDALs GDT_Int8
    (PR 4256)
  * Turn of parallelization in r.sim if a mask is active (PR 5037 and

- Rename grass-docs to grass-doc to look more like the rest
  of openSUSE packages.
- Remove unnecessary Requires of the documentation. Reading HTML
  requires a browser at best, but not grass.
- Avoid name repetition in summary.
- Place files somewhere within /usr, not /opt.
(I am not sure /usr/grass76 is permitted, so I chose /usr/lib*/XXX,
which is what everyone else uses. %_libdir because the grass
installation fails to use a arch-specific (lib64) name itself)
