Update to version 2.2.3
This is a major improvement over earlier versions: a lot of
crashes and memory leaks have been fixed, proper autoconf
support has been added and the "-utf8" option is added again for
backwards compatibility (lost in version 2.0.0).
Additionally, the obsolete openSUSE man page is removed, the packaged version is used instead.
I tested it, it works great for me.
