Michael Vetter 6f79aef27d Accepting request 1300503 from home:matz2:updategodeps ...

This is required to get rid of very old and unmaintained go versions
in the distro, which in turn now is required to upgrade binutils.
I've verified that the resulting program runs.

- Use current distro go default version.  As these are oldish
  sources, also use GO111MODULE=off.
