- sysconfig.keyboard: KBD_NUMLOCK="bios" works only on systems
  without Secure Boot. Document that. Change the default to
  KBD_NUMLOCK="no". (boo#1212141)
- kbdsettings-nox86.patch: Update and return missing chunk.
