- Enable spice simulator support
- Install python bindings in python_sitearch
- Deduplicate pcbnew python binary module
- Adapt libboost_* BuildRequires for current distribution versions
- Remove obsolete CMAKE options
- Set various pathes using using CMAKE options instead of patching
  files.
