- Drop python-base BuildRequires: python2 is not used to build this
  package.
- Add gobject-introspection BuildRequires: automatically and
  properly detect typelib() dependnecies.
- Drop now auto-detected typelib-1_0-Gtk-3_0,
  typelib-1_0-Keybinder-3_0, and typelib-1_0-Wnck-3_0 dependencies.
