* Use GNUInstallDirs for installation paths.
  * Fix warning from libinstpatch-scan.c (gtkdoc).
  * Eliminate CMake warnings.
  * Glitched SoundFont attenuation.
  * Remove sndfile.h from public headers.
  * Rename variables called "bool".
  * Update LGPLv2.1 license text and notices for remote-only FSF.
  * Fix gtk-doc generation.
- Use ldconfig_scriptlets macro.
- Use tarball from github
