- Update to version 1.36.0:
  * New request/response/indications
  * New TLVs supported in existing messages
  * libqmi-glib:
    ** Fix for 16-bit service indications on big-endian (BE)
       architectures
    ** Fix qmi_wwan sysfs attr ownership to match that of the
       control device
- Drop 0001-message-fix-16bit-service-on-big-endian.patch: Fixed
  upstream.
