- version update to 4.3.3
  * Update C++ standard from C++14 to C++17.
  * Compilation fixes for recent versions of GCC and Emscripten.
  * Link time optimisation (LTO) is now supported during build.
  * Test suite that was run during "make check" has been disabled, as it
    required a specific, undocumented set of dictionaries to be present.
  * Fix memory leak in hyphenator code.
