- Exclude files conflicting with net-tools and wireless-tools.
- Update to 4.30.2:
  * Remove more undistributable files
  * Start collecting license information for the individual upstream man pages
  * Updated and added translations
- Changes from 4.30.1:
  * For all unmaintained and almost all maintained languages the tedious
    coreutils update has been performed, so many pages reappear (compared to 4.30)
  * Updated and added many translations
  * Reactivate Arabic translations and make them installable
- Update macros.
- update to 4.30.0:
  * Updated and added many translations
  * Integrate man page translations for wireless-tools
  * Switch opensuse-leap-16-0 → opensuse-leap-16-1
  * Switch fedora-43 → fedora-44
  * Remove translation with ":" in its name. Make cannot handle it atm.
  * Fix copyright header in various Hungarian translations
  * Some unfuzzing in unmaintained languages
  * Updated and added many translations

- add manpages-l10n-4.30.0-fix-links.patch
