Add upstream fix (commit a80304e10e97) for nbdtab device parsing in the netlink disconnect/check/connect paths; nbd 3.27.1 only fixed the connect path, which made dracut's TEST-72-NBD fail (boo#1268185). nbd 3.27.1 is still the latest upstream release, so this is a backport of the unreleased fix (same change Debian carries for #1133143).
