- Update to version 1.16.2:

Browse Source 
* Make the test suite less chatty
  * Various build system improvements
  * Fixes to the systemd unit to make it work again with recent
    systemd
  * Point to the nbd mailinglist, rather than to the maintainer's
    personal email address, for bug reports.
