Update to 1.2.8:
- systemd service uses DynamicUser + AmbientCapabilities (no static user, no setcap)
- Drop backport-050a8c2...patch and backport-b5321a88...patch (merged upstream), the sysusers file and disable-user-group patch
- Ship nqptp(8) man page
