    hypothetical input buffer overflow.
  * [Sec 3767] An OOB KoD RATE value triggers an assertion when
    debug is enabled.
  * Obsoletes: ntp-CVE-2023-26551.patch, ntp-sntp-dst.patch,
    ntp-ENOBUFS.patch
