- Convert to Python3-only siglespec (bsc#1082208)
  * Update the SPEC file, using singlespec format, but
    telling the macros to ignore Python2
  * Tell the scripts to use Python3 instead of python,
    adding patch:
    - nvmetcli-update-python-to-python3.patch
